We’ve used Arizona Capital Source more than once and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was always available and were great partners in the process. Using the 504 significantly reduced the cash requirement that we were able to redirect to the business and on both projects the bank was able to provide better terms than we were offered without the 504. People often ask me how I started LET’S SWEAT and I always credit the SBA process. It was the process of writing the business plan, getting the city and state registration and insurances, all of which are required by the SBA (many of which I would never have known about until it was too late) that guided me as a first me business owner.
