We’ve used Arizona Capital Source more than once and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was always available and were great partners in the process. Using the 504 significantly reduced the cash requirement that we were able to redirect to the business and on both projects the bank was able to provide better terms than we were offered without the 504. It’s a great program and ACS got it done efficiently and effectively. We look forward to working with them in the future.
